This privacy policy sets out how n-fuze Design Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under Company Number 05820311 and whose registered offices are at The Oasts, Plough Wents Road, Chart Sutton, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 3SA uses and protects your personal data.

This privacy policy gives you information about how n-fuze Design Limited collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide when you partner with us or purchase a service.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

n-fuze Design Limited is the controller and responsible for your personal data.

We have strict rules in place about who we will share your information with and this will normally be restricted to other people who will assist us in providing the Services to you. We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those parties who have business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Data retention
How long will you use my personal data for?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

Right of Access
You have the right to see the information we hold about you. To access this information, you need to provide a request in writing to our Head of People together with proof of identity. We will usually process this request free of charge and within one month however we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee and to extend the period of time by a further two months if the request is manifestly unfounded or vexatious and / or is very complex. We will disclose to you all data that we hold but in some circumstances some exemptions may be made.
Right to Erasure
You have a right to ask us to erase your personal data in certain cases. We will deal with your request free of charge and within one month but reserve the right to refuse to erase information that we are required to retain by law or that is required to exercise or defend legal claims.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review. This version was last updated on 18 September 2024.
