n-fuze’s Oasts are alive with big ideas, visiting brand partners and the studio dog visitors. To keep that buzz going we’re hunting for a detail-loving, people-first Studio Admin Support to join our two-person pit-crew. You’ll welcome guests with a grin, tame receipts in Xero and make sure every corner of the studio is stocked, safe and sparkling so our designers can stay laser-focused on the work that matters.
What you’ll get
- Hybrid freedom. Work from our converted Kentish oasts and from home each week; once you’re settled, up to two self-managed remote days a week and flexible start times are the norm.
- Part-time rhythm. 20 hours each week, typically 10 am – 2 pm, leaving your afternoons wide open.
- Fair, transparent pay. Starting salary pro-rated from £25,079 (that’s £12,698.40 for 20 hrs).

The day-to-day
- Greet designers, clients, couriers and anyone else who visits us with warmth.
- Keep the Oasts humming - ordering supplies, scheduling cleaners, planning vibe-boosting events.
- Support Has, our Studio Admin Lead, with payroll checks, expense logging and invoice prep when peaks hit.
- Champion all things people and culture - from fun surprises to seasonal décor - so every visit feels magic.
What you’ll bring
Curiosity over credentials. If you’re calm under pressure, eagle-eyed on detail and love helping creative teams thrive, we’ll teach you the tools (Slack, Xero, Fusioo… the lot).
